The Fence Covering Art Program was created to turn construction fencing and other temporary barriers into visually pleasing public art displays in Tahoe City and Kings Beach during periods of construction and redevelopment. Leveraging large-scale artwork designed by local artists, these projects help bring vibrancy to North Tahoe’s core downtown areas while celebrating local talent and culture.
